Shaun, a gay man living in Chicago, is called back to his childhood home in rural Indiana when his mother is found incoherent and wandering down a country road late one night. With his teenage son in tow, Shaun attempts to quickly bandage the situation and get out of this town he’d rather forget. But things are much worse than Shaun expected: his childhood home is in foreclosure and a dark family secret rears its ugly head.
