Board of Directors of the Bartell Theatre Foundation (Sept 2009)
Governance Structure:
The Bartell Theatre Foundation operates under a governance structrue almost unique in the nation. Individuals representing one of the resident theatre companies form a majority of Directors on the board, giving the resident companies control over how the Foundation operates. This, and the close partnership that this structure has built, is why we call our resident companies Participating Theatre Companies, or PTCs.
